Poland – Public road transport services – Usługi w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego o charakterze użyteczności publicznej, na liniach komunikacyjnych w Gminie Sokółka

The subject of the contract is public transport services of a public utility nature on four transport lines. The transport service will be provided on school days. The contractor will provide public transport services of a public utility nature on the following transport lines: 1) Task No. 1: the volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 87,234.00 km, including: a) Line S Sokółka – Sokółka via Kraśniany, Gliniszcze Małe: the volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 37,285.5 vehicle-kilometres. Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 26.5 vehicle-km = 79.5 vehicle-km/day), b) Line B Sokółka – Sokółka via Plebanowce, Bogusze: the volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 49,948.5 vehicle-kilometres. Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 35.5 vehicle-km = 106.5 vehicle-km/day), 2) Task No. 2 the volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 87,937.50 km, including: a) Line M Sokółka – Sokółka via Malawicze Dolne, Orłowicze: the volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 56,280.00 vehicle-kilometres. Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 40 vehicle-km = 120 vehicle-km/day), b) Line K Sokółka – Sokółka via Szyszki, Stara Kamionka: the volume of transport work during the contract period is estimated at 31,657.50 vehicle-kilometres. Transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips per day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 22.5 vehicle-km = 67.5 vehicle-km/day), During the provision of the service, the route and length of the transport lines may change by ± 20%, the contracting authority may, according to needs, increase or decrease the number of stops served within the transport lines. The subject of the contract is also the purchase of approximately 118 monthly tickets for students from the Sokółka municipality fulfilling their school obligation under the provisions of Article 39 of the Act of 14 December 2016 on Education (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900, as amended) on transport lines established by the organiser of public transport in the area of the Sokółka Municipality. Monthly tickets will be sold by the Operator with statutory discounts resulting from the applicable provisions from February 2026 to June 2029, excluding holiday months.
