The subject of the Public Contract is the supply and commissioning of new refrigeration compressors and new heat pumps for the utilisation of waste heat in two main cooling power plants (hereinafter "energocentres") within the site of implementation, their proper commissioning and warranty service for the first 30,000 operating hours for each of the supplied units. The exact number and parameters of the required units are specified below and further in the tender documentation. The subject of the Public Contract, including the technical conditions, is precisely defined in the draft Contract for Work (hereinafter "Contract"), a binding template of which is Annex No. 1 to the ZD. The participant is obliged to base the preparation of the bid on all the information and materials that are part of the ZD and the Contract, including the information provided in Annex No. 9 to this ZD – Technical Specifications.
