The contracting authority does not divide the contract into lots as the IT equipment required for the contract is functionally interdependent or necessary to achieve the same objective. The tender must be submitted in accordance with the conditions set out in the public procurement documents. The subject of the contract is the rental of computers for 48 (forty-eight) months, complying with the conditions set out in the "Technical Specification", including transport and warranty services. The contract will be awarded to one successful tenderer. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. In the event of equal evaluation results, the contracting authority will prefer the tenderer who submitted the tender first by date and time in the public procurement register. The contracting authority has the right to reject tenders in accordance with the provisions of RHS § 115 and § 116.
