The contract consists of the complete design assignment for the fire station on the Zielhorsterweg. This includes: - A building of approximately 1,700m2 usable floor area. - The complete design in the phases of Preliminary Design, Preliminary Design, Final Design. The Final Design forms the basis for the Engineering & Build agreement with a construction consortium. - The complete design assignment concerns the expertise of Architect, Interior Architect, Constructor, E+W+T installations, advisor Sustainability/Safety/Building Physics/Acoustics and Fire Safety. - Testing in the engineering phase (Technical Design, Execution Design), construction preparation and execution phase. Building of approximately 1,700m2 usable floor area.
