Extension and general renovation of the Giechburgschule, Private Special Education Support Centre Scheßlitz. Extension building, GFA approx. 13,300 m³; general renovation with construction of pitched roofs, GFA approx. 11,000 m³; renovation of caretaker's house, GFA approx. 820 m³; special services within the scope of project supervision. Based on the already available design planning (LPH 3 according to HOAI), it can be assumed for the realisation that at least 2 construction phases must be formed: 1st construction phase: construction of the extension building; 2nd construction phase: renovation of the existing school, possibly in sections with the construction of pitched roofs and renovation of the caretaker's house with the construction of a pitched roof. Total costs according to cost estimate approx. 23.5 million EUR gross (cost groups 200-700).
