Poland – Natural gas – Dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego do stacji sprężania gazu do postaci CNG przez okres 24 miesięcy

The subject of the contract is the 24-hour supply of high-methane natural gas (gas fuel) (group E) along with the provision of the gas fuel distribution service by the system operator to the gas collection point (collection point), which is a gas compression station located in Piaseczno at ul. Techniczna 6 for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract. 2. The contractor is obliged to ensure the quality standards of the supplied gas in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard, and also to ensure the continuity of supplies without any interruptions in supplies, except for cases mentioned in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law, Instructions for the Operation and Exploitation of the Distribution Network (IRIESD), Instructions for the Operation and Exploitation of the Transmission Network (IRIESP), as well as to have a reserve guaranteeing the continuity of supplies. 3. Ownership of the gas fuel passes to the Contracting Authority upon measurement at the outlet of the gas meter. 4. The estimated demand of the Contracting Authority is 380 000 m3 for the entire 24-month period. The indicated demand is a forecast and may deviate from the actual demand in individual months and for the entire 24-month period, with the reservation that the actual demand for the entire 24-month period will be at least 190 000 m3.
