Slovakia – Architectural, engineering and surveying services – Výkon stavebného dozoru na stavbe: Malcov – Lenartov – kanalizácia a ČOV

The subject of this contract is the provision of construction supervision services within the construction project: Malcov – Lenartov – sewerage and ČOV (hereinafter referred to as the “Construction”). The successful tenderer will, according to the conditions agreed in the contract, carry out supervision of the works on the Construction according to the contract for work, concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor of the Construction, so that all works on the construction are realized in accordance with the generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, within the set time and within the price agreed in the Contract for Work and while complying with the conditions set by the Contract for Work. 2.
