The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a contract for the provision, implementation, configuration, integration, operation, technical support, maintenance, updating and development of the Energy Information System provided as a SaaS for the servicing and management of customers, including the customer portal and the progressive purchase portal for the customer, electricity and gas trader (the Purchaser) with energies (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). Further specifications of the subject matter are set out in Annex No. 2 of the Binding Business Terms – List of Requirements (hereinafter referred to as the "List of Requirements").
