Spain – Parts of conveyors – Contrato mixto de suministro e instalación de cubierta de la cinta transportadora el Urogallo en la Estación Invernal de Valle de Laciana - Leitariegos 2026.

Supply and installation of a canopy (closed structure, panelled with transparent material and with openings type windows or similar for when temperatures are high), for the conveyor belt “El urogallo” of the E.I. Valle Laciana – Leitariegos. The present tender regulates the supply and installation of a canopy, with all necessary work for installation and commissioning being the responsibility of the contractor. This is a mixed contract that covers both the supply of a conveyor belt canopy and the service of its installation, so, given the provision that has more economic importance (supply of the canopy), it should be regulated as a supply contract:

- Supply: Canopy for the conveyor belt. 357.500,60 € + VAT 75.075,13 €. Total: 432.575,73 €

- Service:

- Relocation of belt to new location: 26.458,67 € + VAT 5.556,32 €. Total: 32.014,99 €;

- Installation and assembly of the canopy: 105.834,67 € + VAT 22.225,28 €. Total: 128.059,95 €

This amounts to:

- 72.99% Supply

- 27.01% Service

Furthermore, it also involves the provision of the service of double-sided black and white printing, trimming, folding, sealing, sorting and deposit at Correos of receipts and documents generated by the Tax Management and Collection Service of the Provincial Council of León linked to the voluntary and executive collection of taxes and public law income of the Local Entities of the province. Pursuant to Article 18.1 of the LCSP, this is a mixed contract as it contains provisions corresponding to the supply contract and the services contract, so for the determination of the rules that will govern the award, the nature of the main provision will be taken into account, with the most relevant part of the contract being the services (91.37% of the total tender) compared to the supply of paper (8.63% of the total tender).
