The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. This consultation concerns the management of the community animal pound, namely the management of lost, abandoned, injured, and stray animals on the territory of the Vichy Communauté Urban Community, as well as the intervention on behalf of external authorities who wish to join the service as part of their legal obligations regarding the animal pound. Vichy Communauté, as the owner of the premises, must, in this case, validate the principle of each external agreement.
