The subject of the contract is the supply, assembly, installation, integration and commissioning of a CNC turning-milling centre, together with the necessary equipment, at the Contracting Authority's premises. 2. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) Supply a 5-axis CNC turning-milling centre to the Contracting Authority's premises at the Contractor's cost and risk. 2) Unload, assemble, position and anchor (if required). 3) Carry out electrical, pneumatic, cooling and communication connections. 4) Technological start-up and configuration. 5) Conduct training for the Contracting Authority's personnel. 6) Carry out acceptance tests. 7) The Contractor is obliged to deliver 3D models of the supplied CNC turning-milling centre in neutral formats (e.g. STEP or Parasolid), enabling their use in CAD/CAM systems, particularly for creating and verifying postprocessors, simulating machining and preparing the digital twin environment. The models must reflect the actual kinematics, ranges of motion and workspace of the machine to an extent that enables reliable simulation of technological processes and elimination of collisions before production start-up. 3.
