France – Maintenance of information technology software – Maintenance et évolution des outils logiciels et matériels informatiques pour l'exploitation des équipements et des données du réseau d'assainissement du Val-de-Marne

The framework agreement aims, on the one hand, to ensure the operational maintenance, safety maintenance and third-party application maintenance (preventive, corrective, evolutionary and adaptive) by taking over the source code of the VALERIE information system (Val-de-Marne Exploitation and Regulation Informatisée des Effluents) and the applications related to it. It also includes the development of new business applications. On the other hand, it aims to ensure the operational maintenance, through third-party application and hardware maintenance, and safety maintenance, of the Artificial Intelligence Information System of the Deputy Directorate for Operations (SI IA-DAE), dedicated to the collection and provision of input data to AI engines, and to the collection and presentation of their results for the purposes of operating the Val-de-Marne sewerage network.
