ProRail requires insight into the condition of the rail, with specific attention to thin spots. The objective of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one party for reliable measurements of the rail thickness (thin spots) at low speed, to meet this requirement. The Agreement has a fixed term of 5 years with 3 options to extend by 1 year. The maximum term is therefore 8 years.
