The subject of the procurement is tax advisory and other financial management consulting services for the Caruna group and its companies (Caruna Networks Oy, Caruna Oy and Caruna Espoo Oy). The background to the procurement is the Buyer's need to procure expert knowledge in taxation, accounting and financial reporting for various situations. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the availability of high-quality expert services at competitive prices and flexibly according to the Buyer's needs. The services support the fulfilment of statutory obligations, financial reporting, risk management and strategic decision-making, operational activities and the development of business. The need for tax advisory services is particularly related to the lawfulness, efficiency and predictability of taxation, as well as compliance with requirements related to taxation. The need for other financial management consulting is related, for example, to the interpretation and application of the Finnish Accounting Act and international IFRS standards.
