The present contract concerns the provision of cleaning services in the premises of the various Administrative Units dependent on the Servicio Madrileño de Salud. The cleaning services envisaged in this document include the modalities of ordinary cleaning service, as well as a maintenance service for hygiene containers in the toilets and disinfection, disinfestation and deratisation, with the content and scope indicated in the Particular Technical Specifications.
