The need for the present Dynamic Purchasing System arises from the obligation to ensure the continuous and homogeneous supply of lubricants, greases, oils and auxiliary products necessary for the preventive and corrective maintenance of ALGESA's fleet of vehicles and machinery. These are supplies of recurrent consumption, with variable demand depending on the service's operation, which requires a flexible procurement system that allows the successive awarding of specific contracts according to the entity's actual needs throughout the validity of the DPS.
