The City and OCMW Roeselare annually employs a large number of external staff to meet all ICT needs. This is both in the context of the many projects and for operational needs. The contract aims to strengthen the in-house teams of the Roeselare group, with external staff deployed on a time and materials basis and under the direction of internal staff. This can range from a very short assignment to full-time presence over a number of Mondays.
