The subject of the contract is the provision of care services and specialist care services, including for persons with mental disorders, in the city of Piła for the clients of the Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej in Piła. I CONTRACT PART: Provision of care services: a) The contracting authority defines the scope of the contract subject, together with an increasing option of 117,600 hours for the entire duration of the contract. b) The guaranteed scope of the contract subject is 84,000 hours of care services. c) The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the guaranteed scope of the contract subject (decreasing option right) by a maximum of 10% in the event of a change in the contracting authority's actual needs. II CONTRACT PART: Provision of specialist care services, including for persons with mental disorders a) The contracting authority defines the scope of the contract subject, together with an increasing option of 96,000 hours for the entire duration of the contract. b) The guaranteed scope of the contract subject is 60,000 hours of specialist care services. c) The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the guaranteed scope of the contract subject (decreasing option right) by a maximum of 10% in the event of a change in the contracting authority's actual needs.
