Scope of services: Provision of a project coordinator consultant for an IT migration project in the field of healthcare and insurability. The consultant acts as project coordinator, intermediary between the partners and the ‘trusted advisor’ for the management, business experts and IT project managers of the CSS. The mission includes: • Alignment of priorities with the project management and sponsors; • Reporting to management; • Advice on risks and opportunities; • Project coordination, without formal hierarchical authority; • Establishment of a general PMO (project management office). The services must be provided 5 days a week. We anticipate that the mission will run from October 2026 to December 2028 inclusive.
