The aim of the tender procedure is to introduce a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter "DNS") under Section 138 and subsequent sections of the Act with multiple suppliers for the purpose of providing services in the field of mining activities and related forestry work at LHC Městské lesy Plzeň. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, forest renewal, fencing, protection of forest cultures, timber harvesting, disposal of mining residues, protection of seedlings from game, and mechanized soil preparation. Individual public contracts will be implemented as separate tasks, the implementation of which will take place independently, depending on the current needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority intends to introduce the DNS for a period of 48 calendar months, within which it then allocates categories. The DNS is divided into separate categories. Each of the categories listed below represents a separate DNS category. The supplier, when submitting a request to participate, will specify in which category or categories of the DNS they wish to be included; they may indicate one category, multiple categories, or all categories of the DNS. Category 1 – Forest Renewal – planting in prepared and unprepared soil using pit planting Category 2 – Forest Renewal – planting in unprepared soil using trench planting Category 3 – Forest Renewal – planting in prepared soil using trench planting after mechanical preparation Category 4 – Fencing: Fences – construction from mesh Category 5 – Fencing: Fences – construction of wooden fences. Category 6 – Fencing: Fences – construction of a fence from mesh including the delivery of all materials Category 7 – Fencing: Disposal of wooden fencing Category 8 – Fencing: Disposal of wire fencing Category 9 – Protection of cultures against storm damage – first cutting Category 10 – Protection of cultures against storm damage – second and third cutting Category 11 – Protection of cultures against storm damage – first cutting with brushcutter Category 12 – Protection of cultures against storm damage – second and third cutting with brushcutter Category 13 – Timber harvesting mýtní intentional and accidental JMP, approaching in the form of transporting to the removal site Category 14 – Timber harvesting mýtní intentional and accidental JMP, approaching in the form of pulling to the removal site Category 15 – Timber harvesting mýtní intentional and accidental using harvester technology Category 16 – Timber harvesting pre-mýtní intentional using harvester technology – small harvester category Category 17 – Timber harvesting pre-mýtní intentional using harvester technology – medium harvester category Category 18 – Disposal of mining residues: Removal of brush – felling Category 19 – Disposal of mining residues: Crushing of brush and mining residues with leaving on site P Category 20 – Protection of seedlings against game repellents Category 21 – Mechanized soil preparation: Soil preparation – ploughing Individual contracts in the introduced DNS will be awarded on the basis of separate invitations (minitenders), in which, with regard to the specific conditions, the subject of the specific contract will be precisely defined and the conditions of performance will be specified, in particular the subject of the partial contract for work, the place of performance and possibly other special conditions of performance.
