The subject of the contract is medical services including preventive medical examinations (initial, periodic, control, additional, sanitary-epidemiological, diagnostic tests, laboratory tests, specialist consultations) for professional soldiers and military employees of units and institutions supplied by the 24th Military Supply Unit, divided into 5 tasks. Task 1 – Orzysz Garrison; Task 2 – Giżycko Garrison; Task 3 – Węgorzewo Garrison; Task 4 – Gołdap Garrison; Task 5 – examinations before detention. 2. The detailed scope of the contract, as well as the implementation rules, i.e. the quantity and type of tests, description of the subject of the contract and the contract template, are contained in the annexes which are an integral part of the contract specification.
