Czechia – Pipelaying construction work – Rekonstrukce SCZT pára x HV – oblast provozu Špitálka – ul. Stavební

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the action "Reconstruction of SZCT steam x HV - Špitálka operation area - Stavební Street" in the scope according to the project documentation and in accordance with the tender conditions. The detailed scope of the construction works, which the contracting authority requires to be carried out, is further specified in the PROJECT and in the list of works and the bill of quantities. The supply of the building is understood as the complete and flawless execution of all construction works and structures, including the supply of necessary materials essential for the proper completion of an operationally functional work, further the execution of all activities related to the supply of construction works and structures, the execution of which is essential for the proper completion of the work (e.g. setting up the construction site, safety measures, etc.), geodetic survey of the completed building and preparation of a geometric plan for submission to the real estate cadastre and ensuring and handing over the project documentation of the actual execution of the work. The public contract will be financed from the Modernisation Fund HEAT No. 1/2025 - Modernisation of heating plants (SZTE) of the Ministry of the Environment.
