The subject of the order is the sale of electrical energy by the Contractor to the Purchaser's energy collection points - Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. o.o. in Rybnik for the period: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 in the amount of 3 914 MWh and the sale of electrical energy produced by the Purchaser in a renewable energy source ("RES") facility and fed into the Distribution System Operator (DSO) grid for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43 as amended) and the Act of 20 February 2015 on Renewable Energy Sources (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 68 as amended). Planned Annual Production of Electrical Energy Fed into the DSO Grid: 159 MWh. The detailed description of the order has been specified in the SWZ.
