France – Air-conditioning installation work – TRAVAUX DE CLIMATISATION PAR POMPES A CHALEUR AIR-AIR DANS DIVERS BATIMENTS MUNICIPAUX DE LA VILLE

The present consultation concerns air-to-air heat pump air conditioning works within various buildings of the City. The present contracts are subject to the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to as "the Code" throughout the consultation documents. Classified as works contracts, they are awarded under the open restricted procedure in accordance with Article R.2123-1 1° of the Code. They are governed by the provisions of the General Administrative Clauses for Public Works Contracts, approved by the Decree of 30 March 2021. The present contracts are framework agreements with purchase orders, awarded to 3 contractors, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Code. The total maximum value of the contracts is set at 4 960 000 euro(s) excl. VAT, taking into account their total duration, including renewals. As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The City reserves the right not to follow up on the present consultation for reasons of general interest.
