The subject of the order includes the provision of a service consisting of the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties and from the following properties: 1) municipal institutions, 2) organisational units of the City of Żywiec, 3) municipal companies of the City of Żywiec, 4) holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes, 5) cemetery areas, 6) properties whose owners have not fulfilled the obligation to conclude a contract for the collection of municipal waste with a party entered in the register of regulated activities, and in respect of which the Mayor of the City of Żywiec, by way of a decision, determined the amount of the fee for the collection and disposal of municipal waste. hereinafter referred to as properties where no residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Żywiec. and the establishment and operation of one stationary Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the city of Żywiec.
