Contract for the delegation by concession of the service of operating the Integrated Waste Management Centre of Roești, the Sorting Stations of Râureni and Brezoi, the Composting Station of Râureni, activities that are part of the sanitation service of the administrative-territorial units that are members of the Intercommunity Development Association ADISSL Vâlcea. The duration of the management delegation contract is 8 years (96 months) from the Date of Entry into Force of the Contract. The duration of the contract was established in accordance with the analysis carried out at the level of the Opportunity Study, annex to the present documentation. The main activities to be performed by the delegate/provider during the contract period are described in the specification. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation may be submitted up to the 26th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Responses to requests for clarification shall be published on the 16th day before the submission of tenders. Only requests for clarification addressed by economic operators up to the deadline set in the participation notice will be answered.
