Romania – Collection, transport and disposal of hospital waste – Servicii de colectare, transport si eliminare finala a deseurilor medicale cu furnizare de ambalaje

Framework agreement for services regarding the procurement of Medical Waste Collection, Transport and Final Disposal Services with the supply of packaging in a single lot, for 48 months, as follows: Pos.1 Infectious-cutting waste: 18.01.01 - Minimum quantity 19200 kg and Maximum quantity 38400 kg; Pos.2 Anatomo-pathological waste: 18 01 02 human fragments and organs, including blood containers and blood (excluding 18 01 03*) - Minimum quantity 19200 kg and Maximum quantity 48000 kg; Pos.3 Infectious waste: 18 01 03* - Minimum quantity 312000 kg and Maximum quantity 480000 kg; Pos.4 Non-hazardous waste that can be assimilated to household waste: 18.01.04 - Minimum quantity 96000 kg and Maximum quantity 48000 kg; Pos.5 Chemical waste (other than those specified at 180106) 18 01 07* - Minimum quantity 2400 kg and Maximum quantity 4800 kg; Pos.6 Cytotoxic and cytostatic medicines: 18 01 08* - HOSPITAL - Minimum quantity 12000 kg and Maximum quantity 24000 kg; Pos.7 Cytotoxic and cytostatic medicines: 18 01 08* - POPULATION - Minimum quantity 240 kg and Maximum quantity 480 kg; Pos.8 Medical waste (other than those specified at 18 01 08) HOSPITAL: 18.01.09 - Minimum quantity 95 kg and Maximum quantity 240 kg; Pos.9 Medical waste (other than those specified at 18 01 08) POPULATION: 18.01.09 - Minimum quantity 240 kg and Maximum quantity 480 kg, which will be awarded to a single economic operator. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is a minimum of 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the mentioned date will put the AC in the impossibility of providing a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
