Finland – Public road transport services – Kyläkyyti Porvoon alueelle 2026 -2027

The subject of the procurement is the Kyläkyyti service/taxi service operating in the Porvoo area from 2 November 2026 to 3 November 2027. Kyläkyyti operates in the areas of Porvoo shown in the attached maps at the times listed below, such that the direct distance of one-way trips is a maximum of approximately 25 km. Kyläkyyti vehicles will also be used in conventional scheduled services. The service is booked and paid for using the Matkahuollon Matkat app, which can be downloaded to a mobile device, or by calling the booking centre. The passenger specifies the pick-up point and destination, and the journey will be combined with other journeys in the same direction. There are stops in the central area to which customers are directed. Kyläkyydin cash sales revenue is billed to the customer monthly. The operator undertakes to use the customer's specified app for booking and paying for journeys and for navigation. Matters related to the provision of the service:

The required fleet is 1+16 and a maximum of 1+20 for the larger vehicle and at least 1+8 for the smaller. The age of the vehicles from first registration may be a maximum of ten (10) years, calculated from the date of commencement of the contract. The supplier may offer two types of fleet: either A. 3+1 larger vehicles on weekdays and one (1) on Saturdays (+ spare fleet) with a seating capacity of at least 1+16 (but no more than 1+20), i.e. a total of 3 vehicles (+ spare fleet), or B. 1+1 larger vehicle with a seating capacity of at least 1+16 and 3+1 minibuses on weekdays and one (1) on Saturdays (+ spare fleet) with a seating capacity of at least 1+8, i.e. a total of 4 vehicles (+ spare fleet). Operating days: Vehicle 1 from Monday to Saturday, Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 3 (Vehicle 4) only on weekdays. Payment methods: Cash, proximity payment, mobile payment (Matkahuolto Matkat app). Operation of vehicles: Vehicle 1 Participates in scheduled services (1E) and taxi services on weekdays from 7.10 to 20.40 and on Saturdays for taxi services from 10.00 to 14.00. Vehicle 2 Operates taxi services on weekdays from 8.00 to 21.30. Vehicle 3 and 4 Operate taxi services on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.45. Further details in the Autokierrot attachment. The timetable may still change. Journeys start and end at Porvoo bus station. The vehicles are on standby in the town square area when not in use.
