Romania – Special-purpose motor vehicles – AUTOSPECIALA MATURAT STRAZI 2 MC SI INSTALATIE DE DESZAPEZIRE

Medium-sized mechanized sweeping and snowplough vehicle, with a minimum volume of 2 m3 for the sweeping installation and a minimum of 1 m3 for the sanding, with the mention that the vehicle must be equipped with all-wheel drive. PIEȚE PREST SA wishes to acquire a sweeping and snowplough vehicle, in accordance with the European Regulations and Standards in force regarding emissions from machinery, at least EURO 6D. The vehicle will have a complete vehicle homologation, granted by the competent authorities of the Member States of the European Union, in category N2. If the vehicle is only homologated by the competent authorities of the Member States of the EU, its presentation to RAR for the purpose of obtaining the national registration number, the issuance of the vehicle identity card (CIV) and the application of the security sticker, will be carried out by the successful tenderer, at their own expense and risk, before delivery. In the tender documentation, each tenderer will present a firm commitment, by which they undertake that, in the event that their offer is declared the winner, they will present the vehicle delivered to RAR for the purpose of obtaining the national registration number, the vehicle identity card (CIV) to which the security sticker has been applied, at their own expense and risk, without any obligation on the part of the beneficiary. The requirement is mandatory. In the technical description, the tenderer will obligatorily present the brand, type, variant and manufacturer of the offered vehicle. The detailed and mandatory technical specifications are those included in the Terms of Reference no. 10665/29.09.2026. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
