Netherlands – Site preparation work – Raamovereenkomst bouw- en woonrijp maken gebiedsontwikkeling De Vliegbasis

The contract concerns the construction and development-ready preparation of De Vliegbasis Area Development, located in Soesterberg. De Vliegbasis Area Development is a new residential area with a size of approximately 28 hectares. In total, approximately 500 sustainable homes (in phases) will be realised. The project is considered a success when the site has been appropriately prepared for construction and residential use, account has been taken of the natural values of the area (including at least 15 protected animal species in the area) and there is a smooth process (with long-term cooperation with B.V. Hart van de Heuvelrug and the relevant stakeholders). EUR 1,500,000 per year.
