The contract concerns the provision of a service in the field of technical management and maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations (hereinafter: E&M maintenance) of municipal real estate within the municipality of Schiedam. The Contractor is responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, scheduled and breakdown maintenance on the E&M installations, including legal inspections, maintaining relevant installation documentation, and advising on and implementing replacement or improvement measures. The municipality manages a real estate portfolio of approximately 139 objects, ranging from office buildings, theatres and museums to sports facilities, gyms, community centres and a few special buildings.
