For Lot No. 1, the framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. For Lots No. 2 and 3, the framework agreements will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement for Lot No. 1 will be awarded to 5 candidates (subject to having 5 compliant offers). The awardees will be put back in competition upon the occurrence of the need. Lot No. 2 will be awarded to a single candidate. The same will apply to Lot No. 3. In the context of supply security, the holders of Lots No. 2 and 3 will be different. The award criteria are mentioned in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by unit prices.
