Czechia – Lifts – FNMH - Modernizace výtahů V3 a V4 v budově ubytovny E II

The subject of this public contract is the replacement of lifts V3 and V4 in the E dormitory building, including warranty and post-warranty service. The contractual relationship between the contracting authority and the contractor will be governed by a works contract and a contract for the provision of service (hereinafter referred to as the “service contract” and collectively as the “contracts”), which will be concluded with the selected contractor upon proof of compliance with all conditions required by the contracting authority. Detailed information is provided: (i.) in the draft works contract, which forms Annex 6 of the tender documentation; (ii.) in the draft service contract, which forms Annex 7 of the tender documentation; (iii.) in Annex 8 of the tender documentation – Project Documentation; (iv.) in Annex 9 of the tender documentation – Technical Specifications. The contracting authority requires compliance with all parameters of the subject matter of the contract offered, as set out in Annexes 8 and 9 of the tender documentation; the required parameters are binding.
