Open architectural design competition for three healthcare facilities in Šiaurės pr., Klaipėda. The competition aims to select the best urban planning, architectural and functional aspects, and other requirements, as listed in the competition terms, for the architectural concept designs of Competition Object No. 1, Competition Object No. 2 and Competition Object No. 3. Cash prizes will be awarded to the participants placing in the I, II, III, and IV positions: 12 000,00 EUR (twelve thousand EUR 00 ct.) for the I position, 10 000,00 EUR (ten thousand EUR 00 ct.) for the II position, 8 000,00 EUR (eight thousand EUR 00 ct.) for the III position, and 6 000,00 EUR (six thousand EUR 00 ct.) for the IV position, including all taxes. The contracting authority will appoint only 1 (one) participant, who has accumulated the most points, does not meet the elimination criteria, and meets the specified qualification requirements, as the winner of the competition, i.e. the participant in the I position, with whom the contracting authority, guided by the provisions of VPĮ 71 str. 4 d., plans to conduct negotiations after the competition (see competition terms). The competition objects are not divided into parts – the tenderer must propose the competition objects in their entirety.
