Poland – Cardiac stimulation devices – Dostawa specjalistycznego sprzętu medycznego jednorazowego użytku na Oddział Kardiochirurgii

The subject of the contract is the supply of specialist single-use medical equipment to the Cardiac Surgery Department of the Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny SP ZOZ im. Stefana Kardynała Wyszyńskiego in Lublin, with the possibility of submitting partial offers - in accordance with the specification in the assortment-price form constituting Annex no. 3 to SWZ – packages no. 1-13. 2. The offered medical products must be approved for sale and use in Poland in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and have documents confirming the completion of the appropriate conformity assessment procedure in accordance with the requirements specified in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1620) and be marked with the CE mark, and in the case of personal protective equipment, additionally meet the safety and health protection requirements contained in Regulation (EU) 2016/425, for personal protective equipment, and all materials used have the necessary certificates and approvals for use in healthcare units.
