The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and devices for the needs of the Psychiatric Health Centre of the Provincial Hospital named Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, in the quantity and with the parameters required as specified in Annex 6 to SWZ, together with full warranty service and training of the ordering party's personnel, on the terms specified in Annex 6 to SWZ. The conditions regarding the implementation of the order have been specified in the template contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
