France – Diesel fuel – Accord-cadre à bons de commande de fourniture de carburant 2026-2030 (Groupement de commandes Ville/CCAS)

The present consultation relates to the establishment of a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum supply of fuel for the period 2026-2030. Open procedure - Article L2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation is divided into 2 lots. The needs of the contracting authority are detailed in the technical documents. Lot 2 is the subject of a purchasing group between the Ville de Villeneuve d'Ascq and the CCAS de Villeneuve d'Ascq. The validity period of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders may be issued. It starts on 01/11/2026 or, failing that, on the notification of the contract and ends on 31/10/2027. The contract may be renewed tacitly, 3 times for a period of 1 year, up to a maximum of 31/12/2030.
