Romania – Repair and maintenance services of cars – SERVICII DE ÎNTREȚINERE, REPARAȚII ȘI INSPECȚII TEHNICE PERIODICE PENTRU AUTOVEHICULE DIN PARCUL AUTO AL DIRECȚIEI SILVICE NEAMT

The contracting authority's need is to procure Maintenance, repair and periodic technical inspection services for vehicles, in accordance with the terms of reference. These services include carrying out all technical inspection, maintenance, repair, bodywork and painting services, periodic technical inspections and vehicle treatments, for the M1 and N1 category vehicles in the vehicle fleet of the Neamț Forestry Directorate, as follows: 1. Lot no. 1 – Maintenance, repair and periodic technical inspection services for MULTIMARCĂ vehicles; 2. Lot no. 2 – Maintenance, repair and periodic technical inspection services for DACIA vehicles under warranty; 3. Lot no. 3 – Maintenance, repair and periodic technical inspection services for TOYOTA vehicles; 4. Lot no. 4 – Maintenance, repair and periodic technical inspection services for FORD vehicles. The services are necessary to ensure the optimal and safe operation of the vehicle fleet in the institution's equipment. The performance of the specific service tasks related to forestry activities requires the constant mobility of personnel for operational actions (enhancement, afforestation, material transport, guarding and control, checks and receipts, delegations and meetings), so this intense use of vehicles leads to a high degree of wear and tear. To prevent disruptions in current activities and to guarantee the safety and health of personnel, prompt repair, maintenance, bodywork and ITP services must be ensured through specialized workshops. Note: Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18; The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that were not submitted within the time limit set out in Section I.3 of the Procurement File.
