The works essentially comprise the execution of civil engineering works for the laying of pipelines and the construction of facilities for Erlanger Stadtwerke AG, Erlanger Stadtwerke Stadtverkehr GmbH, and the Zweckverband zur Wasserversorgung der Eltersdorfer Gruppe, including the associated surface works. Furthermore, they include the provision of an on-call service for the supply areas of ESTW and the connected operational management areas.
