The aim of the procurement is to select a Contractor who, through a 2-Phase approach, see explanation below, delivers a detailed technical specification (TO) of the lifting systems with which the lifting systems can be delivered fully operational. After that, if the parties agree on the implementation phase, the Contractor will implement the new lifting systems for the new metro workshop, as further described in paragraph 1.3, in accordance with the requirements, wishes and specifications of RET.
