France – Diesel fuel – Accord-cadre à bons de commande de fourniture de carburant 2026-2030 (Groupement de commandes Ville/CCAS)

This consultation concerns the establishment of a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum supply of fuel for the period 2026-2030. Open procedure - Article L2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation is divided into 2 lots. The needs of the contracting authority are detailed in the technical documents. Lot 2 is the subject of a joint procurement agreement between the City of Villeneuve d'Ascq and the CCAS of Villeneuve d'Ascq. The validity period of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders can be issued. It starts on 01/11/2026 or, failing that, on the date of the contract award notice and ends on 31/10/2027. The contract may be renewed tacitly, 3 times for a period of 1 year, up to a maximum of 31/12/2030.
