The municipality of Niederrohrdorf, as the contracting authority, plans to expand the primary school facility Rüsler according to the winning project «Palimpsest». The project includes a new extension building as well as renovation and conversion work on the existing school building. Classrooms and group rooms, rooms for remedial teaching, an auditorium, and the necessary ancillary rooms are planned. Optionally, the implementation of a day structure for approximately 50 children with a lunch service for approximately 100 children is planned. The planning services for the day structure are to be listed separately in the offer. With the decision of the municipal assembly, the day structure will be definitively included in or excluded from the project scope at the beginning of the planning. The subject of the present invitation to tender is the provision of planning services for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including the HVAC coordination for the SIA phases 31 to 53 according to SIA 108.
