Netherlands – Energy and related services – Haarlemse VvE aanpak 2026 - 2030

With this procurement, the Contracting Authority seeks market parties that contribute to the objectives of the Warmteprogramma 2026 – 2030 and the Haarlemse Routekaart Duurzaamheid 2024. In summary, the execution consists of: • Informing, advising and stimulating VvE’s about insulation, ventilation, infiltration and installation measures for gas-free heating and cooling provisions; • Supporting VvE’s in decision-making towards implementation; • Assisting VvE’s with applications for national and municipal subsidies and financing. For Lot 1, the total amount for the next five (5) years is € 1.715.000 and is broken down as follows: • 2026 = € 150.000 • 2027 = € 480.000 • 2028 = € 360.000 • 2029 = € 360.000 • 2030 = € 360.000 For Lot 2, the total amount for the next five (5) years is € 272.500 and is broken down as follows: • 2026 = € 45.000 • 2027 = € 70.000 • 2028 = € 52.500 • 2029 = € 52.500 • 2030 = € 52.500
