Czechia – Repair and maintenance services of rolling stock – Údržba a oprava kolejových vozidel 2027-2031

The subject of the public contract is the performance of maintenance and repair services for the contractor's rail vehicles. The public contract is divided into 4 parts in accordance with section 35 of the ZZVZ, each part representing heavy maintenance of different vehicle types, namely: 1) Heavy maintenance of rail vehicle type Vario LFR.S, LFR.E, LF2, LF2+, LF2R.S, LF3, LF3/2 (hereinafter referred to as “part 1”); 2) Heavy maintenance of rail vehicle type Stadler Tango NF2 (hereinafter referred to as “part 2”); 3) Heavy maintenance of rail vehicle type Škoda LTM 10.08, Inekon TRIO (hereinafter referred to as “part 3”); 4) Heavy maintenance of rail vehicle type Tatra KT8, T3 (hereinafter referred to as “part 4”). The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the detail necessary for the preparation of the bid, is set out in the tender documentation. Appendices 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 of the tender documentation containing the specification of maintenance services for individual vehicle types contain confidential information. The contractor will provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to qualified participants in the tender procedure in accordance with section 36(8) of the ZZVZ in conjunction with section 96(2) of the ZZVZ only upon request and against the submission of a signed confidentiality agreement (hereinafter referred to as “NDA”).
