Poland – Construction supervision services – Pełnienie obowiązków inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego w ramach zadania pn.: "Połączenie systemów ciepłowniczych Zakładów Jastrzębie-Zdrój i Pniówek."

The subject of the contract is a service involving the provision of multi-sectoral investment supervision in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 on Construction Law, to ensure the correctness of the implementation of the investment consisting of the construction of a district heating network along with the necessary infrastructure enabling the transmission of the heating medium between the Jastrzębie-Zdrój Plant located in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, and the Pniówek Plant located in Pawłowice, implemented under the name: "Connection of the district heating systems of the Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Pniówek Plants," as well as cooperation with the Contracting Authority to ensure the effective enforcement of the requirements specified in the Agreement concluded with the Contractor for the construction works. The heating medium with variable parameters, at a temperature of t=135°C and pressure Pn=16bar, will be transmitted through the constructed district heating pipelines between the Jastrzębie-Zdrój Plant and the Pniówek Plant. The task will be carried out in Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Pawłowice, including the area of two production plants of the Contracting Authority, namely the Jastrzębie-Zdrój Plant and the Pniówek Plant, as well as the area of the Mining Plant KWK Pniówek (plant of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A.) and the area of Jastrzębska Spółka Kolejowa Sp. z o.o. The scope of the investment task includes construction works consisting of the execution of works in accordance with the project documentation provided by the Contracting Authority and the OPZ for the task entitled: "Connection of the district heating systems of the Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Pniówek Plants." Investment Supervision will be provided in all sectors covered by the aforementioned project documentation. The coordinator of the construction inspection supervisors will be the Supervisor in the installation sector in the field of networks, installations and heating, ventilation, gas, water and sewerage systems. The Contracting Authority informs that it is applying for co-financing under the Operational Programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, Priority FENX.02 Support for the energy and environmental sectors from the EFFR, Action FENX.02.01 District heating infrastructure, Project Type: District heating infrastructure, Call number FENX.02.01-IW.01-001/24, for the implementation of the project: "Connection of the district heating systems of the Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Pniówek Plants." This contract will be awarded by the subsidised contracting authority, i.e. a contracting authority other than a public contracting authority or a contracting authority in the public sector. In view of the above, the procedure is conducted on the basis of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2026, item 793).
