Poland – Solar photovoltaic modules – Dostawa i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych w ramach realizacji projektu pn. „Budowa odnawialnych źródeł energii w Powiecie Bielskim”

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems as part of the project entitled “Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in Bielski County”. The subject of the contract includes the following stages: Stage I - preparation and agreement with the Contracting Authority of the final concept for the implementation of the task, Stage II – design work along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, Stage III – execution of construction and installation works covered by the contract. The Contractor, after signing the contract, is obliged to prepare and agree with the Contracting Authority the final concept for the implementation of the contract. After preparing and agreeing the final concept for the implementation of the task, they are obliged to proceed with the preparation of the design and construction documentation along with obtaining the necessary agreements and decisions. As part of Stage II, the Contractor is obliged to prepare a simplified cost estimate. The contract is co-financed from the funds of the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 programme as part of the project entitled “Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in Bielski County”.
