Poland – Road construction works – Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w celu realizacji zadania pn.: „Rozbudowa drogi krajowej nr 12 na odcinku Lipinki Łużyckie - Żary”.

The subject of the procurement is the execution of construction works for the implementation of the task entitled: „Expansion of National Road No. 12 on the section Lipinki Łużyckie - Żary”. The main aim of the procurement is to fully adapt the existing road layout (existing National Road No. 12) to the parameters of a GP class road. The comprehensive expansion of the national road section will strengthen the road surface structure, adapt it to the required technical conditions, in particular by widening the carriageway, improving the road geometry, including intersections and curves, and supplementing the infrastructure with necessary elements serving unprotected road users. In this way, the impact of road traffic on the environment will be reduced, while at the same time traffic will be smoothed, and obstacles will be reduced. The use of locally low-noise road surface to protect residential areas exposed to this emission should significantly eliminate acoustic nuisances. Traffic calming in towns will increase the comfort and safety of residents. The road will meet the requirements related to the defence needs of the state.
