Poland – Natural gas – Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego typu E oraz zaazotowanego Ls do obiektów Morskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane type E natural gas and nitrogenated Ls to the facilities of the Maritime Border Guard Unit, including the sale and distribution of gas, in accordance with the Subject of the Contract, which is Section 2 of the Contract Terms Specification, hereinafter referred to as the "Specification", for the given part of the contract. The remaining conditions for the implementation of the contract for all parts of the contract have been specified in point 8.2. of the Specification in the Draft Contract Terms for the Public Contract, which should be included in the contract. The sale of natural gas should take place on the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 43, as amended) together with the executive regulations issued on this basis, the Act of 23 April 1964, Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 795, as amended) and the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 793, as amended). The settlement of deliveries will take place on the basis of readings of the actual gas consumption in monthly settlement periods or in accordance with the settlement periods according to the tariff groups. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers for any number of contract parts - number of parts: 10.
