Poland – Construction work – Modernizacja przystanku osobowego SKM Gdańsk Zaspa w ramach projektu „Modernizacja linii kolejowej nr 250”

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and other studies, along with the acquisition of necessary decisions, as well as agreements and conditions enabling the implementation of the investment task, and the execution of construction works and the provision of design supervision for the investment task entitled „Modernisation of the SKM Gdańsk Zaspa Passenger Stop”, including the implementation and commissioning of equipment and systems, as well as the handover of the constructed facilities, systems and equipment realised within the investment for operation and use. The subject of the contract will be realised in the Design and Build formula. Construction works will include at least the reconstruction of the platform, the construction of an underground passage, the construction of a platform canopy, the modernisation of the track surface, the construction of a passenger lift, and the installation of a photovoltaic system. The detailed scope of the works is specified in the Functional-User Programme, which is an annex to the Project Agreement.
