The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service of selling traction energy by the Seller to the Buyer and the provision by the Seller of the service by the Distribution System Operator of distributing traction energy for the purpose of the Buyer's transport operations, consisting of performing the operational work of traction vehicles on the railway network, as well as the paid transfer of documents confirming the redemption of the Guarantee of Origin by the Seller to the Buyer in the years 2027-2030. 2.
